How do i link my social listening with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013

I have acquired a license for Microsoft Social Listening and would like to monitor it within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.  I have a 5 user license for CRM and purchased a license for Social Listening.  I can log in to Social Listening and work in there but I want it integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Oh dear. I'm afraid I think it is off to Microsoft Support in this instance. I don't have any other suggestions.

Do you have CRM and Social listening in the same Office 365 subcription?

If so, then in CRM navigate to Settings | Administration and then click on Microsoft Social Listening Configuration and follow the steps.

If not, then I don't think you can link them.

Yes, both are on Office 365.

I have already done the configuration and it shows that it is part of CRM, but when I try to access Social Listening from within CRM, it says connection error.  See attached screen shot.
