My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and I use Office 2007 and oulook 2007.  For the calendar function, I wonder if it is possible to have 2 alerts, at the moment it allows only 1 alert.  Is there any way around this?  Thank u

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

do you mean to have an event give you an alert before the event and maybe another alert after the event?

If that's the case there is only one reminder alert allowed.

in response to Brandon, I mean before the event.  Say the first 2 days before, and the 2nd alert 3 hours before the event. Thank u.

No, there is no option for this. Only one alert can be set per event.

When the alert comes up, you can select to ignore until XX time. But that's about all you have for the standard Office 2007.
