Event ID 448 Source NTDS ISAM on 2011 SBS Server with 67 users

Hi Experts,
I have a 2011 SBS Server with approx 67 users.
Over the weekend, I added an additional 2008R2 server and promoted as a DC. This went without incident.

Today, I had a user attempt to login to her Exchange mailbox and it kept asking for her password. I checked Microsoft Exchange Management Console and when I checked her mailbox I got an error message:
Event ID:  NTDS (708) NTDSA: Data inconsistency detected in table datatable of database C:\Windows\ntds\ntds.dit (4662,6202).
Source NTDS ISAM

It has worked perfectly since Monday morning at 5:00 a.m. and people work around the clock in 3 shifts with about 171 people logging in and checking email on 67 workstations. No one has had an issue except this 1 user and it started this morning.

Ideas as to how to fix this?

Actually, it is my Active Directory that is dirty. I am booting up in DSRM mode and attempting a repair of the AD. If that doesn't work, I'll do a System State Restore of the AD.

I'll post back what happens...

Active Directory repair fails with the following message:
"Operation terminated with error -1526( Jet_errLVCorrupted. Corruption encountered in long-value tree ).

Anyone have any ideas?

I opened a case with Microsoft and got it fixed that way.
