Cisco CUCM 7.1 Did the Phone Ring?

I have some customer service people who will say that they didn't answer a particular call because their phone never rang.  Is there a way to track when and if a particular Cisco 7945 phone rang?

Yes, if you have the callmanager traces from back then, or if you check the missed calls on the phone itself

Thank you. Do you know what type of trace would need to be enabled to get the ringing? There are so many boxes to potentially check when setting up a trace.

If you set them up to default and then set the level to Detailed, you will certainly obtain all needed details. Use Notepad++ to find this string

dd="445566

where 445566 is the called number. Check the timestamps at the beginning of each line to verify it is your call
