To insert a Word file as a clickable object (shown in Excel 2010, but should also work in 2013):

1) Menu:  Insert, Object.  Opens a new dialog box.
2) Select "Create from file" tab
3) Browse and locate the file, then click the "Open" button
4) Click the "Display as icon" option, then click the "OK" button.
insert objectThe object will appear as a click-able icon in your sheet.  You can move and resize it as-needed.

Inserting an Outlook email item is the same as above, but you first need to save the Outlook email message:

In Outlook
1) Open the message
2) Click the "File" tab, then select "Save As"
3) Save the file in a convenient location (.msg file)
4) Close the email
5) repeat steps 1-4 in the previous post, but browse for the email message you saved.

AXISHK, It is the small blue rectangle with a thick, blue bar - just to the right of "Header & Footer".
