Resulting two date time fields in SharePoint

I am working on a formula to take two date and time fields and outputting the result in hours.
The end user enters the time the affected start time and then the restored end time, I need to ouput the values in hours. Could someone send me a formula to do this?

are you trying to show the delta between the two dates in hours?

Hours = ((End_Date+End_Time)-(Start_Date+Start_Time))*24
