Hi,

I have a jar file and need to create a installer (exe) when this exe is run it should configure  as a window service?
AS we have a setup (exe) for apache web server and when we run this exe a apache service is installed in the windows?

this is just an example
As we have a setup (exe) for apache web server and when we run this exe a apache service is installed in the windows?

same behaviour (make setup file from jar jar which will run as window service) , i need to create for my jar file whose functioning is to monitor a directory.

I am stuck how to create a window service of that jar file which can run on all windows machine xp,2000,win 7,8
