Word 2010 Merge Field 'Preview Results' repeats merge values on full page

Created 10/page labels page in Word 2010, added Merge Field, Excel 2010, 'TicketNum' column 1 rows numbered 1 - 200

Pasted 'TicketNum' as Merge Field on current [only] page 10 labels.

Output is 10 pages (200 labels total) - each page with all labels numbered same e.g. 10 labels #1 on first page...10 labels #10 on page 10.

How to I insert Merge Field so that labels are numbered consecutively 1...200 on 10 printed pages.

This is a 'feature' (i.e. a bug) in label previewing. Since you can see the layout for the first page, MS doesn't seem to think that it's worth fixing.

If you choose 'Edit individual documents' in the Finish and Merge, you will get a new document with all the labels filled correctly. If they are satisfactory, you can the go ahead and Finish and Merge to the intended destination.
