Facebook game Criminal Case boots Android back to desktop
Hello and Good Evening Everyone,
Tonight, we were able to resolve an error message Needing Adobe Player 11.1 or greater to play Criminal Case on Facebook by downloading and installing Adobe Player 11.1 for this Android 4.2.2. Whenever the game is loading while signed on Facebook, the game gets completely booted out and the tablet returns to its desktop.
Everything else is working just fine. We only have an issue when attempting to load the game Criminal Case on Facebook.
Just in case it is needed, the tablet is an Android 4.2.2. It is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 tablet. Automatic updates are also checked within the Settings of this tablet as well. If more information is needed to address this question, please feel free to let me know and I will respond back as soon as possible.

Thank you so much for the quick reply to my question. While we have not had a chance to follow back up on this matter because of other personal and work commitments, I am confident the information supplied will be good enough. We will start by downloading and installing Google Chrome on this android and go from there.
