Cisco Call Manager Express FXO Caller-ID Issue
Hi All,
Hope everyone is well. I wonder if somebody could help me with this.
Its driving me a little mad to say the least.
We have a Cisco CUCME Box with a FXO Card in. If i plug a phone
direct into the wall and call the PSTN Number Caller ID shows fine.
If i plug into the Cisco FXO i dont get any caller ID.

Hi,
Sorry for the delayed response. I have been working with the Telco. After much messing, test, messing, testing etc the Teleco ended up chaging the Cable Run and Exchange Port and its working now!
