joomla not showing pages

I did something silly but dont know what while I was trying to get an image in the header. I havnt lost any of the content but not sure how to get the pages showing again.

Its using shaper helix 2 as default template.

the url is acousticlaptops.co.uk

I am on my own synology ds411+ with no ip but I think all that part is working ok

advice would be appreciated.

Is there supposed to be something more than a menu on the page?
If so it's hard to know where to begin, switch back to the default template - do the pages show?
Try reinstalling the theme again.
Can only really guess where the problem is.

I did as you said and reinstalled the template and hey presto its all back thank you so much.
