Teamviewer - Win 7 Reference Account is Locked Error.

When connecting to a remote Windows 7 PC with Teamviewer running. I am able to connect to the target, BUT, at the login prompt get an error stating "The Reference Account is Locked".
Having the admin unlock the account, only triggers the error the next time I connect.
Teamviewer 9 on both machines. Host is setup with an ID and PW, but TeamViewer password seems to be superseded by Windows password. Tested same result from multiple PC's.
