Slider Selection bar

See https://lovespace.co.uk/.

Note the "slider" selection bar in the middle with values from 1 to 20+.

Can this be done with JQuery?

If so, how?

Thanks,

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

One I use currently is
http://ionden.com/a/plugins/ion.rangeSlider/en.html

Used in the past and may be more suitable for the tiny size
http://refreshless.com/nouislider/

Neither of these require the jQuery UI which is why I liked them.
