Does this software exist? List urls I visit , Send to my iPod, iPhone…?

I hope this question isn't TOO dopey. People tell me I am TOO lazy. Well, that's their problem.
Here's the deal….I surf all day long, several days a week. I do freelance magazine writing, as well as blogging, so I need info fast and good, and often. Frequently I want to back to a url that I may have visited hours or even days ago. But I may not be at my desktop Mac ,so can't just open up the browser history.
Is there a software program that will capture, save and send my browsing history to my gadgets? If there IS….then Hell, I'll give up sex. This software would be better than.

I've muddled around on Google with this, but I just cant seem to hit the search terms that will call up the results I want and I've just wasted so much time getting nowhere.

"Pleeeze say Yes"!

Chrome and Firefox do this. Just have to "Sign In" to the browser to sync your history, favs, preferences, e.t.c. across your gadgets. If this helped, please mark down as solution. Thanks and good luck!
