Exchange Online Protection: Possible to turn off Move to Junk Email folder?
Is it possible to completely turn off "Move to Junk Email folder"? We have filtering turned off in the Outlook client, however, EOP is still moving emails to the Junk Email folder. These are emails that, at least to me, shouldn't be considered spam, and are not marked as spam by our spam service. Our users don't want them in the Junk Email, and yes we know they can check their Junk Email folder and mark them as a safe sender, however, these are emails that come from a variety of places on a continual basis.
