Display Port to HDMI on TV - No Sound - ATI Radeon HD 4550
I have a SFF Dell Optiplex 890 with a ATI Radeon HD 4550 with Display Port, I have a Display Port to HDMI cable to go into my HDMI on my TV but I can't get any sound, I tried to set the properties on the video card / control panel and I can't find any setting to change it. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate.
I know you should be able to change the setting on your output but I can't find any, maybe I need the ATI software to change the video card settings?? If so, not sure what the software is.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Sorry for the wait, I was away. I installed the Catalyst software but still can't find anywhere to set the audio to HDMI, I have been in all the display sections etc?? I must be missing something somewhere here.
its not in display settings, it is in Sound > Playback

When I open the Catalyst there isn't any Sound or Audio settings, I went through all the heading on the side looking for anything to do with sound? Would I have the wrong version of the software or something?

I have that but that only gives me the option for the sound card display port and I have it plugged into HDMI on the TV. I have a cable that is Display Port on the card going to the HDMI on the TV and can't get that sound working?
Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it.

I had to get a new video card that was HDMI and as soon as I put it in, everything worked. Thanks for all the help and sorry for the delay.
No problem, glad it worked out for you.
