Override Woocommerce Admin FIles

I have a Wordpress Website with Woocommerce installed.  I would like to make changes to some of the Admin Templates that are located in the includes/admin folder.

I want to move the files to another location in my theme so I don't loose my changes when Woocommerce updates.  I can not figure out how to make this work

The  template files which can be changed in an upgrade safe way through overrides
can be found within the /woocommerce/templates/ directory.

For other changes you can use hooks if these are exist.
