Mac os with disk utilities.   Lacie 6TB 2big thunderbolt series.

One of the drives failed out of the two.  I received a new drive today, and need to rebuild the raid set.  It also shows a lock on the drives.  I  plugged in the drive and its already formatted from the factory to journal setting.

computer cannot see the lacie drive, but the disk utility does.

how do I get this back up and running?

Lacie has instructions on their support page.  There should be a RAID tab in Disk Utility when you select the Unit.
