Alerts for Exchange 2013 Managed Availability

I uderstand that SCOM is the best to monitor managed availability, but is there any another third party application that can accomplish the same role.

Nagios

To name a few.

Only SCOM can do the job

I couldn't anything that could monitor Exchange Managed Availability except SCOM
