I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I saw this a while back but the license talked about not being able to use it on a commercial site I believe. It's possible that the client could use it in some commercial manner however, it's not in any geo way, it's only to make sure that people pick consistent city/state/country info.

I have to believe there is a good complete one out there. It's the geo data that costs money and I don't need any of those things. I just want users to pick rather than free hand enter otherwise we'll end up with a number of variations for one city or state, etc
