esxi 5.5 .... use a usb to install iso guest os

im familiar with how to do it in vmware workstation, but apparently it's a little different in esxi

i'd like to install a guest os which i have in an iso on a usb drive .... on esxi ...

however i've had a difficult time finding the usb drive in vsphere

i find the datastores ... but where are usb storage devices listed?
