Use the fix my network wizard.

The prompts will guide you through.

Just be sure you've installed the certificate you the local certificate store first.

How do you install it in the local store.  And what happen if I miss this step and already used the wizard?

The certificate in most instances is installed in the local store when the request it processed.

If  a certificate was not present in the store your wizard would have produced an error.

Thank you for your help.  There was file corruption on the server.  I called Microsoft and they helped me fix it.
