excel cut text with brackets from name

I'm getting in sheet1   TARGAS FORREA, JOSE LUIS (INTERN)  

with      =GROSS(sheet2!$B2)

How could i cut always the text with brackets in sheet B2?

for the example should be       TARGAS FORREA, JOSE LUIS

so you simply want to delete the text between the parentheses, including the parentheses?

or simply mark all cells which you want to remove parentheses. Use Replace feature (press ctrl+H) and type (*) - type exactly asterisk in parentheses and "replace with" field leave blank as it is by default
