Exchange 2007 - public folder about Outllok 2002 and Outlook 2013
I change the version of Outlook. I have Outlook 2013, before i had Outlook 2002.
But this link work for access to public folder with Outlook 2002 :

But the link don't works with Outlook 2013.
Do you have an idea?

I would suggest you to delete the Outlook profile and try with a new one.

I created un new profile and when I copy this link with Internet Explorer, don't work :
outlook://Dossiers%20publi
But on the another computer with Window XP and Outlook 2002, this link works.

Why would you do that ?
Just open OWA and on the bottom you can select public folders.
From there navigate to the public folder you want to see.

Because this link is on the WEB for all users ont the organisation (5000 users) and the link works with the computer with Outlook 2002, but not the computer with Outlook 2013. This winter, all the computer will be migrate to Outlook 2013.
