How can i update a user's password on Exchange?

We updated a user's password on their web portal, but their Hosted Exchange-based Outlook isn't able to retrieve the email.  Tried going into their Outlook -> Account Settings -> Email Tab -> and then click change, but there's no entry for updating their password.

How can i update their password?

If you close Outlook down, wait for it to close properly (a minute or two max), then open Outlook up again, it should prompt you for the new password.

If it doesn't prompt you, go to Control Panel, Credential Manager and delete the settings for the email / outlook account.

Re-open Outlook and it should then prompt for username / password again.  Enter the new details and click on Save and hopefully you should now be working.

As a side question, is there a way to prioritize sending and receiving emails before RSS feeds?
