Hi,
I am using SQL Server 2012.I have created a SSAS tabular model cube and deployed it in direct query mode. This cube is being used in SSRS report using DAX query with the connection string pointing to SSAS analysis service Db that has been deployed.
I have set the directquerymode to direct query in the connection string in the data source.
But if I insert new values in the SQL server DB, it does not reflect in the report.
What is the correct way to do it?
Thanks very much for your help.

Regards,
Svapv

After CRUD operation on OLTP database. you have to reprocess your cube then after you will get data in SSRS report.

The DirectQuery Mode option has to be set in the bim file property as well as the project deployment property. Setting an Query Mode property in deployment option to mixed mode - DirectQuerywithInMemory did not work.
