i'm trying to migrate users over from an old domain fchk.contoso.com to the domain hk.fc.local.<br />

Everything seems to be set up correctly, there aren't any firewall issues. <br />
<br />
However when I try to use the ADMT tool which sits on a windows 2008 standard server on the hk.fc.local, when it tries to connect to to the fchk.contoso.com domain, it fails and says 'unable to connect to domain controller, access is denied'. <br />
<br />
Now, from what I see, I think I need to add the Domain administrator account of the target domain, onto the built-in administrator account of the source domain. <br />
<br />
But when I try to add it from the source domain, it doesn't load the hk.fc.local as part of the 'Look In' directories. It sees other domains, but not this one. <br />
<br />
I've attached picture to show what I'm trying to do. Any ideas guys? Really need your help?:)<br />
