Microsoft Lync audio/video conferencing not working

My Lync 2010 FE server is having problems starting its audio and video conferencing services. It saying it is dependent on the CNG key isolation services.  I have been looking at the forums and it seems it is certificate related in some form.  I removed all the latest patches that were done on the machines. As this took place after a updates were done.  I have looked at the certificates and they seem fine.

This is the error that is thrown when I try to restart.  It seems to be pointing to a certificate issue.

Unexpected error occurred in the LS Audio/Video Authentication service.

ASKER

I have gone in to the Lync Server Deployment Wizard and checked out my certificates and they look to be fine. One is expiring in three days though but that shouldn't affect this I would assume.  I am renewing it to see if this resolves the problem now.
