No pictures, movies and music on the C; drive.

I can see lot of files under c:\windows\winsxs on my Window 2008R2, that's should be kept, correct ?

Is there other folders that I can take a look, say service patches, security download, etc ?

Tks

You can use CCleaner a free utility to free up space in C Drive by deleting junk / temp files / old update files etc

https://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER

Download the tool and install it and check various options available in it . Also do registry cleanup from using it.
