Hi,

How to configure to communicate one VDC to other and what are the Troubleshooting commands to
diagnose if any issues between VDC's

You will need to use a physical cable to allow one VDC to communicate with another.

what is the up-Link configuration between two VDC's , Is L3 IP reachability configuration or L2 Trunk configuration?

Can i assume it's a kind of inter-vlan communication in catalyst switches for communication between two different domain?

It can be whatever type of link you need it to be.
