Trying to get to the bottom of why attachments of c8mb are being bounced back by what seems to be our exchange server(s).
The mail is being received by our cloud mail partner.
Error:

552 5.3.4 Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size

Exchange receive connectors are set to 10mb.
THere is no attachment size policy in the cloud.

2x Exch SP3 Ud6.

Ideas?

When you say 8MB its likley that the system is seeing that as too close to 10MB and blocking.

Can you set the connector to be 15mg and see if it gets through?

You should restart the transport service and then check again.
