Hello EE,

I have a new tenant that will be patching into our network currently configured as 192.168.32.0 subnet. I will create a vlan on the switch to accommodate them say 192..168.1.0 subnet , Our pix firewall is the gateway as well 192.168.32.3 , how do I go about configuring the PIX 515E spare physical interface say as 192.168.1.1 using the 192.168.32.3 as the gateway

If you are using ASDM, then just go to Configuration then Interfaces.

From there, you just have to double click on any unused interface and configure it with the static IP:

192.168.1.1
255.255.255.0

The only question is, what is the security level you want to set this interface to? Inside interface is 100 (fully trusted) .
