I can't seem to find it anywhere on the Internet, and it doesn't look like it installs with my Oracle 6i CD. Any help or a download link would be appreciated!

(I believe that this missing file is the cause of all the popup errors I've been encountering in my forms, detailed here: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Database/Oracle/Q_28517566.html )
