I have a few people that I am unable to remove the active sync partnership on.

For example. I am using EMC, going to the user's profile right clicking and Mange mobile phones.  In there i would see the phone that i want to remove mobile phone partnership. I get an error message " the activeysyncdevices "location of the device" cannot be found"

Is there a command where i can force it?

Thank you for your help.

This usually happens when user moves to a different OU. You might have seen an OU name in the error message, is the user still reside in same OU?

If not. One option is move the user back to old OU and try to remove the ActiveSync Device

Of you can use MFCMapi, there are many article available in internet with detailed instructions..

Here is one of them..
