"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

1. Mail-Provider should change his spam protection concept - Change your mail provider.
2. Wait until the SBRS is better.
3-Asked the receiver to set your ip on a white list.
4. Use temporarily another mail account

You could only check on senderbase if your IP still listed as poor. The admins of the Receiver could check on Cisco Ironport if your incoming mail is blocked. Maybe they can set it on a whitelist. What you mean with set office to another place?
You mean to another IP-Range which is not blocked? What they can do is to protect their system using for delivery of spam and the sbrs change to good.
