email reputations poor in senderbase
We having error some customer cannot received our email then i check senderbase that IP was listed as poor email reputation and our email actually is hosting by external party.Please advice what should i do  to resolve the issue.

You could only check on senderbase if your IP still listed as poor. The admins of the Receiver could check on Cisco Ironport if your incoming mail is blocked. Maybe they can set it on a whitelist.What you mean with set office to another place?
You mean to another IP-Range which is not blocked? What they can do is to protect their system using for delivery of spam and the sbrs change to good.

I mean email provider office is moving
ok and they changed the ip range?
