Question about Visual Studio Express 2013

Is Visual Studio Express 2013 suitable to develop PHP/JavaScript/MySQL web applications?

I have such an existing website and I can't even get it to recognize it. When I select File > New Project, I only see options for ASP sites. When I try to Open Web Site, what I am seeing doesn't make sense as I can't even see any files in the browse dialog boxes.

To sum this all down to one question, should I even be using Visual Studio for what I'm trying to do? Please explain. Thanks.

Visual Studio is from Microsoft, just like ASP sites are (working on Windows Servers).
If you focus on PHP/JS/MySQL, better get a program that's more specialised, like Adobe's DreamWeaver. You will get better software support, better IDE, better GUI, better hints, better help files.
