Picture for Adobe Doc

Say,
I've an Adobe doc with a picture in it - that is the entire picture - its a logo.
How can I get this as a Jpeg to use in a Word Document as a logo?

Have you got Adobe Acrobat? If so, you can save it as a JPEG.

If not, go to something like pdf2jpg.net
