I can get microsoft system center essentials 2010 "Server Management License" for $99 at MicrosoftStore.com

Does this require CALS to monitor disk, memory, etc OR are CALS only needed if I want "endPoint AntiVirus protection" ?

You can manage up to 50 OSEs (Operating System Environments) running on a physical server device, to which the license is assigned.
You need only one Server Management License for each pysical server device.

So I could do as below ?

 1. purchase the above $99 Microsoft system center essentials 2010 "Server Management License"
 2. setup to monitor my 10 servers
 3. setup to monitor 40 of my 80 clients

If not, what is possible since Microsoft PRESALES 800 # is not much help ?
