OWA Error when creating a new user mailbox

Hi All

          when i create a new mailbox in exchange 2013, and after logon to owa, i got below error, whereas the other mailboxes i create a month ago, it could login without any problem, any idea what goes wrong ?

How many servers you have ?
Does it need to replicate the changes maybe ?

Are you using HTTP or HTTPS ?

Try closing browser and open a new one, check again.

only one server and is using https

i have solved it by logging in http://hostname/ecp  -> In Settings>Regional, change your default language.
