SharePoint Database Recovery model

There are several SQL Transaction log that occupy a lot of spaces. Will there be any harm if I change the SQL database to "Simple" Model ? Tks

It changes the point at which you can backup to. Meaning you can backup to the last time a Full Backup was taken in Simple mode. That said, this is done quite often due to the log file size issues you've experienced.
