There is an issue with a MS Patch for new RDP features, described at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2830477, Juniper KB http://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB28418&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1410965698421

Uninstalling that feature patch is one workaround, all other fixed and workarounds have to happen on the Juniper device itself.

Hi ,
I Solved the issue with this steps:
1. Remove Juniper from Start-> all programs
2. go to %Appdata% and delete all the folder 'Juniper Networks'
3. Restart computer
4.Install Juniper and the Remote services work on Juniper SSL
