Hi

In the administration section of magento I am trying to link related products to exisiting products. However navigating to the following Catalog->Manage Products->Edit->Related Products Tab, there are no products showing up for me to choose from. Ideally the whole catalog should load up for selection?

Not sure what I am doing wrong however any ideas would be of great help

Hi Gary

Thank you for getting back to me. I have re-indexed the date and still no luck. Please see screenshot to see the issue i am having. I clearly have products in the catalogue which are live and are showing up on the front end. Surely these should be available to choose from the related products instead it says no records found.

Hi Gary

The reset button worked. I clicked on the reset filter in the related products section and this brought up products in the catalogue. Thank you for resolving this
