Auto Download an attachment in outlook.

I have reports that get emailed to me as attachment's daily,  I already have a rule setup to organize them into folders in outlook,  Is it possible to set up outlook to auto download the excel attachment to a specific location.

OR

Is it possible to some how access the Excel document attached to that email via Access external Data.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
