Outlook password request at first run

Outlook setup
When I setup a new Outlook profile I'm prompted to enter user password.
The user mailbox resides on Exchange 2013. For Outlook client I'm using Outlook 2013.

is there any firewall between host and server? and where your email server parked? same network or different
what is the dns setting @ host side

No firewall between host and server. Email serves is on internal network same as the host. DNS settings on the host are correct.

Found the issue myself. It was a miss configuration on Exchange 2007
