We are using a ESI 200 phone system.  WHen we try to call out certain places (BofA) the number keys don't make a sound, so we can't navigate their systems auto-attendant choices.

Any ideas?

you may be sending DTMF as a signal and not an analog sound. try calling your cell phone and test pressing keys. if you are not hearing tones, the cards are not sending DTMF correctly. are you using a PRI? analog?
