How to read a excel file and write into another excel using PowerShell script

I have excel file with two sheets and I would like to read each sheet and write into another excel using PowerShell. Could you provide the code How can i do using powershell script

You can use the module from TechNet gallery Import From and Export To Excel.

Once you import the module to PowerShell you can use commands Export-Excel & Import-Excel
