How to upload files to AWS S3 automatically

Hi Expert,

I'm in a situation where we receiving  data files via sftp to EC2 windows 2008 server in temp folder. What I want to upload automatically files to AWS S3 Bucket when files arrived in temp folder, How I can do this? Possible scenarios i.e. Power Shell script, Windows Script,  AWS tool or anything simple and effective manner to get this done. Thanks in Advance.

Written in Java, will run anywhere Java runs (even on my Raspberry PI).
