Sorry,   I hit enter too quick.....

I am trying to do a fresh install Windows Server 2012 Essentials TRIAL from a DVD onto a Dell Poweredge 2850 with newly formatted hard drives.   No OS installed presently.  I have downloaded the trial .iso from Windows (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-server-2012-r2-essentials) and burned it to a DVD.  On the Preinstall information page, they provide the Product Key of "R9N79-23MWD-MBP9B-KHF8Q-C36WX".
I have gotten to the "Enter the product key to activate Windows" screen,
but it then says "We couldn't verify the Product key. Please check your installation media."
This is where I am stuck.

I checked Dell's list for Windows Server 2012 and the PE2850 is not on that list, so I will not pursue this anymore.
Time to upgrade the server I guess!  Thanks.
