Remane
Outlook 2013 running in a Citrix environment.  See the attached.  The users name is misspelled here, in Outlook but everything is OK in AD and on the Exchange Server.  How do I correct the spelling in Outlook?

Go into Tools | Account Settings, then select the account and click Change.  Should be able to correct spelling.

Greyed out -- Can't change it.  Don't know if it is because I am on Citrix

do you have access to the control panel? if so, close outlook and make sure it closes out completely and goto Control Panel > Mail. Then select the account and try to change. If that doesn't work, then I would look at exchange and AD again. The name is in A LOT of places.

since it is exchange, i would delete the mail profile and go through setup again. If it is still spelled incorrectly after that, then it is definitely AD/Exchange
