What will happen?  if I change the static IP address of Exchange server 2k3

If you are changing the internal Static IP, then you need to change the Firewall to port forward to the new internal IP Address and all will be well.

If you are changing the Public Static IP, then you need to update the MX record(s) to point to the new Static IP Address and then ask your ISP to add Reverse DNS to the new Static IP Address and then everything will be fine, assuming the new IP Address you are changing to isn't listed on any Blacklists sites e.g., www.blacklistalert.org / www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
